SECURE VIRTUAL CARE ACROSS FLORIDA

Telehealth Services in Florida

Quality care from wherever you are. Getting to a clinic is not always easy. Work runs late, the kids need picking up, or you would simply rather talk about something personal from your own couch. Telehealth from Doctors United Group connects eligible patients with a licensed DUG provider through a secure, private video visit.

Consultations, follow-ups, medication management, and sexual health support, with the same confidential, judgment-free care we offer in person.

What You Can Do by Telehealth

Many of the services our patients rely on can be handled by video. Depending on your needs, your provider, and the service involved, virtual visits may be available for the following.

Primary Care Visits

Talk through new symptoms, review results, and keep conditions like high blood pressure on track. Learn more about primary care.

PrEP and HIV Prevention

Start or continue PrEP with a video consultation. Your provider orders the required lab work and manages your prescription.

PEP After an Exposure

PEP must begin within 72 hours, so a fast video visit can matter. See our PrEP and PEP page.

DoxyPEP Consultations

Find out whether DoxyPEP is appropriate for you and get clear guidance on how and when to take it.

Men's Health

Private conversations about ED, hormone health, and other men’s health concerns, with medication managed over time.

Mental Health Medications

Evaluation, prescription review, and follow-up visits for patients receiving mental health medication management.

Chronic Condition Follow-Up

Regular check-ins so your provider can adjust your treatment plan as your health changes.

Medication Review and Refills

Review what you take, discuss side effects, and arrange refills when clinically appropriate.

Availability may vary based on the service, the provider, and your individual healthcare needs. Some visits need to start in person, and your provider will let you know if that is the case.

Telehealth covers a lot, but not everything. Your provider may ask you to come into one of our Florida clinics when a visit involves:

When that happens, we make it simple. Walk-ins are welcome at select locations, and you can find a clinic near you in Miami, Hialeah, Dania Beach, Orlando, Miami Springs, Tallahassee, and Milton.
